Javon Hargrave is a defensive tackle for the San Francisco 49ers in the National Football League (NFL). He wears the number 98 and plays an important role on the team’s defense.
Hargrave was drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the third round of the 2016 NFL Draft out of South Carolina State University. He spent his first four seasons with the Steelers before signing with the Philadelphia Eagles as a free agent prior to the 2020 season. After one year with the Eagles, he signed a four-year contract with the 49ers during the offseason leading up to the 2023 season.
