Description
Cairo Santos is a placekicker for the Chicago Bears in the National Football League (NFL). He was signed by the Kansas City Chiefs as an undrafted free agent in 2014 and has also played for the Los Angeles Rams and Tampa Bay Buccaneers before joining the Bears in 2021.
Santos wore the number 5 during his time with the Chiefs, but he switched to number 8 when he joined the Bears. The orange jersey he is wearing in the photo is part of the team’s “Orange Jerseys” alternate uniform, which they wear for select games each season.
The “Rush 100th Season” patch on the left shoulder of the jersey celebrates the Bears’ 100th season in the NFL. The patch features the classic Bear head logo overlaid on top of the Roman numeral “C”, representing the team’s centennial year.
